All Suite Shop & Boutique payments are due in full at time of purchase.

All custom project payments are due in 3-installments.

REFUNDS

All sales are final, however, if you are unhappy with your order please let me know immediately so I can make things right. Any items that need reprinted for any reason will incur an additional cost to you.

If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We strive to make every customer happy.

SHIPPING

Your items will be shipped to the address you provide. Please make sure this information is correct. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days after your items have been shipped. Shipping delays are out of our control. You will receive tracking upon shipping.
